Recommendations

The laundromat industry offers an overwhelming number of products, tools, and service providers—everything from payment systems and marketing platforms to equipment suppliers and business software. Over the years, through hands-on experience and working closely with clients, I've tested and refined my own list of trusted resources. The companies and services featured here are the ones I believe offer the most value, reliability, and impact. I’ve used many of them personally or recommended them successfully to clients, and I’m confident they can help streamline operations, improve customer experience, and grow your business.

Payroll, HR and onboarding

For payroll, HR and onboarding of new employees, Primepay is the best service I've used.  Seamlessly integrated onboarding with payroll makes this chore easy.  The biggest bonus is the automatic Work Opportunity Tax Credit screening and fling.  Hiring from certain populations, which most laundromats already do, can get you a tax credit up to $9600!

Employee management

ConnectTeam is the full package when it comes to employee management.   You  can have employees clock in and out, request PTO time, publish a work schedule, and communicate to the team in real time.  It also has a terrific training system, which makes bringing on new employees a breeze.
